The so-called “Buccal Fat Removal”, is a cosmetic procedure,

removing excess fat from the cheek area, which is located on the lower cheek and

one hour and is performed under local anesthesia. During this time your doctor makes
small incisions in the mouth or face near the corners of the lips and makes special
